Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada is an actress most well-known for her role as Bo in the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was produced by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic, as well as Ilkay Silk, a prominent actor, director, producer, playwright and director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory when she was at rehearsals for play with her mother. Silk played a role as a young girl in commercials. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two plays in the early years: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto to further her acting career in the month of November 1999.
